Red Seal = Pflicht zum Arbeiten (FALSCH)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viele denken, sie d\u00fcrfen ohne Red Seal nicht als Carpenter arbeiten. Das stimmt nicht. Du kannst sofort arbeiten \u2014 Red Seal ist ein freiwilliges Zertifikat, das deine Chancen verbessert. Manche Arbeitgeber verlangen es, viele nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Nur Vancouver\/Calgary im Blick \u2014 Nord-BC &amp; Nord-AB ignoriert<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die h\u00f6chsten Geh\u00e4lter zahlst du im Norden: Fort McMurray, Fort St. John, Grande Prairie. Viele DACH-Auswanderer wollen nur in die Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dte \u2014 und verdienen CAD 15.000\u201330.000 weniger pro Jahr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Einwanderung VOR Job-Suche planen (falsche Reihenfolge)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besser: Erst Job finden, dann Einwanderungsweg w\u00e4hlen. Mit Job Offer hast du BC PNP oder AAIP \u2014 ohne Job sitzt du bei Express Entry mit niedrigem Score fest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. LMIA-Prozess untersch\u00e4tzen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viele Arbeitgeber sagen &#8220;Wir sponsoren dich&#8221; \u2014 aber ein LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) dauert 6\u201312 Monate und kostet den Arbeitgeber CAD 1.000+. Viele ziehen das Angebot sp\u00e4ter zur\u00fcck. Besser: Arbeitgeber suchen, die bereits Erfahrung mit internationalen Carpenters haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Credential Assessment zu sp\u00e4t starten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Anerkennungsverfahren f\u00fcr deinen Gesellenbrief dauert 8\u201312 Wochen. Starte es VOR der Einreise \u2014 du kannst bereits arbeiten, w\u00e4hrend das Assessment l\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Nur auf Englisch-Sprachtest verzichten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ohne Sprachtest (IELTS oder CELPIP) kommst du bei keinem Einwanderungsweg weiter. CLB 4 ist Minimum \u2014 das schaffst du mit Grundschul-Englisch.
